• Arçelik A.Ş. was granted White Goods Export Champion Award at the “Electrical-Electronic sector 2012 Export Performance Awards” ceremony held by TET (Istanbul Association of Electrical-Electronic, Machinery and Informatic Exporters).
• Arçelik A.Ş. won 2 Product Design Awards with its Arçelik In Love washing machine and Grundig refrigerator at the IF Design 2013 awards one of the most prestigious competitions of the design world.
• Arçelik A.Ş. Arctic Cooling Appliances Plant located in Romania was awarded the Platinum Certificate, the highest rank in "Energy Efficient Green Factories" grading,  by an international energy efficiency consultancy firm, for its works and activities conducted in the field of energy efficiency and management.
• Arçelik A.Ş. was awarded with the first prize in the ‘Innovative Environmentally Friendly Device’ category of the ‘ISO Environmental Awards’ organized by the İstanbul Chamber of Industry.
• Arçelik A.Ş. has been granted an award for being ‘The First Company to Submit an Electronic Declaration’ in the ‘Firsts’ category a meeting held under the slogan "Easy Trade, Great Turkey" by the Ministry of Customs.
• Arçelik A.Ş.'s electric motors with class IE3 energy efficiency were ranked first in the 'Most Efficient Product' (ECU) at the Project Contest for Enhancing Energy Efficiency in the Industry (SENVER) organized by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources / Directorate General of Renewal Energy, while  BESTOVEN Built-in Oven Project by Arçelik, featuring A-40% efficiency (9658 ETI, OIM, 25603 X) was also awarded the Jury Special Award.

2012

• The campaign "We Give More Life to Your Clothes" undertaken by Beko in Spain was honored with a Gold Award at the sixth annual European Excellence Awards. The European Excellence Awards Ceremony 2012, which was intended to honor the best communication enterprises of the year in Europe, was held in London with the participation of over 500 professionals from the industry.
• Arcelik A.Ş. was awarded for 'Product Development Process' within the 'Large Companies' category at "TESID Awards for Innovation and Creativity 2012", organized by the Turkish Electronic Industrialists Association.
• Elektrabregenz received a “GREEN BRAND ” Award in the Household Appliances Category  from the Austrian tradesman's union in Vienna.
• Arçelik A.Ş. has been granted “The Most Innovative Company” award by Turkish Exporters Assembly during  the Innovation Week organized for the first time this year.
• In Design Turkey 2012 Industrial Design Awards ceremony, Arçelik received Design Awards in the category of Small Household Appliances with 6 new products. Bread Toaster, Blender set, Filter Coffee Machine and Water Heater from the new Small Household Appliances Family, "A La Chef” Built-in Oven with its new User Interface and new Washing Machine from “In Love” series of Arçelik, which use world’s valuable resources in the most efficient way in line with its vision “Respects the Globe, Respected Globally”, have been granted Design Turkey 2012 Good Design Awards and the new Hand Blender product of Arçelik has also been granted the “Superior Design” award.
• Arçelik A.Ş. received the title of Turkish Carbon Disclosure Leader under the scope of the 2012 Turkish Report of the Carbon Disclosure Project, carried out in Turkey by Sabancı University Corporate Management Forum with the support of Akbank
• Arçelik A.Ş. received an award at the 1st University-Industry Cooperation Summit, during which awards were granted to the universities and companies that achieved success in university-industry cooperation and SAN-TEZ projects.
• Arçelik A.Ş.’s Beko factory located in China, Changzhou, has been awarded the Platinum certificate in the “Energy Efficient Green Factories” certification, graded by an international energy efficiency consultancy company thanks to its activities in energy field.
• Beko plc was chosen “The Best Turkish Investor” in “ The Most Successful Turk Awards” ceremony, organized in London  by Business Network.
• Blomberg, one of the international brands of Arçelik A.Ş.,  has been awarded ‘White Goods Supplier of the Year’ by the ERT (Electrical & Radio Trade), one of the leading trade magazines of the UK.
• Arçelik has been chosen as the Most Liked Brand in the “Electronics-Manufacturing Retail” category  according to the results of  the Research of Most liked and Most Preferred brands in Shopping Malls conducted with the cooperation of the Association of Shopping Mall Investors (AYD) and GfK Turkey .
• Passing the audits made by independent auditing firm BSI (British Standards Institution) successfully, Arçelik A.Ş. has become the first company having ISO 50001 Energy Management System certificate, which is based on the sustainable and efficient use of the energy consumed within the scope of activities, in its sector in Turkey.
• Arçelik A.Ş., with its Beko brand, has been granted two awards given on the basis of both brand and model by the China State Information Center in China. Beko received its first certificate with its BEKO WCB 81241 PTLMS washing machine, which is manufactured in Beko Changzhou plant and the product has become certified for environment-friendly washing in the category of 8kg.  Beko brand has alsı become certified as the leader brand in energy saving in the washing machine sector in 2012.
• Arçelik A.Ş. has received two awards under the context of the 1st R&D Centers Summit organized by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology. The Central R&D Unit received an award in the category of  “University&Industry Cooperations”  and Eskişehir  Cooling  Appliances Plant R&D Unitr Ar-Ge Merkezi ile "Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları" kategorisinde olmak üzere 2 ödül aldı.
• The rice storage compartment of 3-door No-Frost refrigerator of Arçelik A.Ş., which is designed with superior features, was granted the “Innovative Product” Award, given by CHEARI (China Household Electric Appliance Research Institute) during the IFA Fair in Berlin. 
• Beko has received a “Bronze Award” at Eventoplus Awards 2012, held since 2006 as an annual survey that awards the best corporate social responsibility projects in Spain and Portugal for its campaign “We Give Life to Your Clothes”
• Arçelik A.Ş., 2012 yılı ‘En Başarılı Koçlular Ödülleri’nde  Yaratıcı Yenilikçiler kategorisinde “Sirius Projesi” ile; Müşteri Mutluluğu Yaratanlar kategorisinde  ise “Dünyanın En Sessiz Buzdolabı Projesi” ile 2 ayrı dalda ödül kazandı.
• Saha Kurumsal Yönetim ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş., updated Arçelik A.Ş.’s corporate governance rating point as 9.11 on July 30, 2012. Previous rating on August 1, 2011 was 8.59.  The rise in the corporate governance rating made Arçelik A.Ş.’s point the highest in Turkey.
• Arçelik A.Ş. won three awards in its turnover class , regardless of sector, including the “Gold Award” for its 2010 Sustainability Report in an international contest, which is held in San Diego by the “League of American Communications Professionals (LACP). In addition to the “Gold Award”, Arçelik A.Ş.2010 Sustainability Report  also won; Top  50 Annual Report Europe Middle East Africa Region, Top 25 Turkish Annual Reports of 2011
• Arçelik A.Ş. 2011 Annual Report,  prepared in cooperation with Duayen Creative Agency,  won five awards in the durable goods sector, including the “Gold Award” in an international contest, which is held in San Diego by the “League of American Communications Professionals (LACP).  In addition to  the “Gold Award”,Arçelik A.Ş. 2011 Annual Report  also won; Top 100 Annual Reports Worldwide, Top  50 Annual Report Europe Middle East Africa Region, Most Engaging Annual Report - Special Award - Bronze -  Europe Middle East Africa Region,  Top 25 Turkish Annual Reports of 2011 awards.
• Arçelik A.Ş. was ranked among private sector entities having best practices that set model for the entire world with Cactus Dishwasher project and represented Turkey in Rio+20 United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development
• Arçelik A.Ş became the third company awarded the first 10 employers across Turkey who pays the highest premium and has no debt and was awarded by the Social Security Institution (SGK).
• Beko LLC company was elected as the winner of the category "The Best White Goods Manufacturer" based on the results of the contest "Top Companies and Plants in Russia - 2011" This success put BEKO among "The Top 100 Companies" in Russian Federation according to the results of 2011.
• The built-in ovens and built in gas hobs of Beko, were entitled to use the Energy Saving Trust ‘EST’ label which is granted to the energy-efficient products by the most prestigious, independent and a voluntary-based certification authority, the Energy Saving Trust "EST". 
• Arçelik A.Ş.'s Çerkezköy Electric Motors Plant and Bolu Cooking Appliances Plant were deemed worthy of the TPM (Total Productive Management) award by JIPM (Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance).
• Arçelik A.Ş finished second among 48 companies and won an award in the contest of "Intellectual Property Rights Management" (IP Management) 5th of which was held by Fraunhofer IAO Institute.  

• Arçelik A.Ş. turned out to be one of the two companies that ranked number one in the “5 Most Successful Companies at European Union (EU) 7th Framework Programme (7th FP) based on number of shareholders” and also ranked number three in “5 Most Successful Companies Based on Support Amount”. One more project application was accepted following the publication date of the Report and Arçelik has become the owner of the highest number of projects under its belt in Turkey thanks to 8 projects in total.
• BEKO DPU7340X dryer has been assessed as Test GUT with a score of 1.9 by Stiftung Warentest (StiWa) Testing and Research Institute, which is the most prestigious and independent institute in Germany. 
• Blomberg was given an award by Stiftung Warentest (StiWa) Testing and Research Institute, which is the most prestigious and independent institute in Germany, with its TKF 7451 W50 dryer with 7 kg capacity and 50 percent less energy consumption than A class products.  This model was selected as the “Test SIEGER” (Test Champion) on basis of the comparative product tests on 16 dryers.
• Beko was chosen as ‘Best Buy” and “Energy Saver” with its DCU8230 dryer by Which?, the magazine of the leading consumer organization in UK with the highest level of participation. 
• BEKO was awarded “the Leader of the Russian Market” for its contributions to the economic development  of  Russia, within the context of the premium "For the contribution to the economical development of Russia", which was established by the Regional Organization of Businessman, State Duma of Russia and  the Council of the Russian Federation.
• Arçelik A.Ş. calculated its greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with international ISO 14064-1 standard that specifies the requirements for quantification and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions and has gained the right to receive Verification Certificate.
• Arçelik A.Ş. was rewarded with three awards at ISO 2010 Awards for Sustainable Eco-Friendly Products and Practices thanks to its environment-friendly products and practices. Arçelik A.Ş. Dishwashers Plant was hailed as “The Winner in Large-scale Entity Sustainable Eco-friendly Products” thanks to its Kaktus Dishwasher; Washing Machine Plant as “The Runner-up in Large-scale Entity Sustainable Eco-friendly Products” thanks to Ekonomist series washing machines and Arçelik A.Ş. Standing United for Education Corporate Social Responsibility Programme as the “Runner-up in Large-scale Entities Corporate Social Responsibility for the Environment” segments.
• Arçelik A.Ş. won the Jury’s Special Award at TESID 2011 Innovation and Creativity Awards Contest, with its all+in+one television.  
• Arçelik was named “ The Most Liked and the Most Preferred Brand in Shopping Malls” in the Electronics category in the research “ The Most Liked and Most Preferred Brands in Shopping Malls”, conducted by Association of shopping Mall Investors (AYD) and GFK. 
• Arçelik A.Ş. received two awards from the State Social Security Institution (SGK) in the categories of “Top 10 employer paying the highest Premium in 2010” and “ The employer with the highest number of disabled employees according to the number of days with Premium paid”.
• Beko and Blomberg, have been awarded "Get Connected Products of the Year Awards 2011" by "Get Connected", one of the most well-known magazines of the electrical goods industry in the UK, which is read by the trade and independent retailers. The Beko 4-door Fridge/Freezer was named a “Get Connected Product of the Year 2011” in the Refrigeration Category, and the Beko OIM22500XP built-in pyrolytic oven was recognised in the Cooking Category. Beko and Blomberg was also recognised for their outstanding commercial proposition to independent retailers in the “Special Awards Category”.
• Grundig Audiorama, with its design unchanged for 41 years, was named a  "Design Classic" by “Schöner Wohnen”, the biggest interior design magazine of Germany and of Europe. 
• Three different refrigerator models of Beko passed all tests and measurements, successfully in the  ATLETE (Appliance Testing for Energy Label Evaluation) Project, which was initiated with CECED together with the European Commission for checking the accuracy of energy efficiency labelling of appliances. Beko became one of the few brands, which were certified as bearing fully accurate information in all categories of the European energy label in the scope of the ATLETE project.
• Beko dishwasher DSN 6634 FX has been selected “Test Champion” in the comparative product tests held by Stiftung Warentest (StiWa), the most prestigious and independent Testing And Research Institute of Germany.
• Arctic S.A., Arçelik Group’s plant in Romania, has been granted JIPM (Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance) award for Excellence in Consistent TPM Commitment, thus becoming the first company in Romania to receive this award.
• 7 separately located R&D Centers of Arçelik A.Ş. was given an “R&D Center Certificate” by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, under the law no. 5746. 
• Arçelik A.Ş. received 3 awards at the “ Project Contest for Energy Efficiency in the Industry(SENVER)”. Arçelik A.Ş. Çerkezköy Dryers Plant, received an award in the category “The Projects for Improving Enerji Efficiency in the Industry  (SEVAP 1)”.  Eskişehir Cooling Appliances Plant was chosen “Energy Efficient Industrial Plant (EVET), while the dishwasher model which provides 30 per cent energy efficiency in A level was chosen as the “ Energy Efficient Product (EVÜ)”.

• Protegez-Vous, the renowned Canadian consumer magazine, selected Arçelik’s Blomberg brand as one of the “most recommended” products in the “ease of use” category for its successful performance among 13 leading international brands of built-in refrigerator products evaluated.
• The patent champion of Turkey, Arçelik A.Ş. went up 35 places on the list of companies with the highest number of international patent applications and reached the 101st position with its 143 applications. Arçelik A.Ş. became the only Turkish company among the first 500 companies list declared by World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
• Arçelik A.Ş. has been granted "Special Science Award" by Popüler Bilim magazine in the category of "Companies Contributing to Science."
• 2007 Nielsen Brands Survey announced Arçelik “the first brand to come to mind” and “the brand with the highest consumer affinity.”
• The Beko BKS 2520 Kangaroo Vacuum Cleaner, designed by Arçelik’s Industrial Design Team, was awarded the “Red Dot” Design Award for its design that combines technology with uniqueness. The selection was made by an independent jury of some of the world’s most elegant designers who evaluated aesthetics, innovation, functionality, ergonomics, product quality, and environmental sensitivity.
• Arçelik A.Ş. wins “Consumer Satisfaction Oriented Firm” Award. Of the seven categories comprising the Traditional Consumer Awards, organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade since 1997, Arçelik A.Ş. won the award, “Consumer Satisfaction-Oriented Company,” for the company’s activities and applications.
• The Blomberg GVN 1380 built-in washing machine received a “good” grade especially for its price and performance ratio among eight different brands of dishwashers tested by Stiftung Warentest, Germany’s leading consumer magazine.
• A master’s thesis and a PhD thesis prepared under the supervision of Arçelik A.Ş. R&D, as part of university-industry cooperation won awards in the “Dr. Akın Çakmakçi Awards: Success Stories of Theses Applied in Industry,” a competition sponsored by the Technology Development Foundation of Turkey (TTGV). TTGV supports R&D projects and Technological Innovations and this award is organized to strengthen relations among universities and industries and to encourage commercializing R&D activities at universities.
• Beko S.A., Arçelik’s sale and marketing company in Poland, won the “Golden Idea” award in the “Services” category at the 17th “Idea Awards Advertising” competition. Television advertisements for Beko refrigerators were selected as the best advertisement on TV.
• In the internationally-recognized Plus X 2008 competition, the Beko BUDL 700 HCA model refrigerator was awarded in the “Ergonomics” category while the Beko DNE 65500 DPX was awarded in the “Design & Ease of Use” category.
• With its sponsorship projects in 2007, Beko brand of Arçelik A.Ş. was awarded in the “Sports Organization Sponsorships” category by the General Directorate of Youth and Sports.
• Elektrabregenz received the 5th Plus X award for the GSF 7100 C one-touch dishwasher in the “ease of use” and “design” categories and two ecology awards for the Freestanding-Combo KFS 1443 C and WAF 7260 S washing machines.
• As a result of the value it attaches to R&D, Arçelik A.Ş. with innovative structure and investments in technology and in R&D was selected the second institution to provide input for the study, “Turkey’s Scientific Publications Map” prepared by the Turkish Academic Network and Information Center (ULAKBIM), the R&D Facility Institute of TÜBITAK.
• Arçelik A.Ş. has won the greatest number of awards in seven categories in total thanks to its export in 2007 announced at the ceremony of "Stars of Our 2007 Export" organized by Istanbul Mineral and Metal Exporters Association (İMMİB). • Arçelik A.Ş. was granted the “Golden Award” for its 2007 Annual Report in a competition organized by the U.S. League of American Communications Professionals LLC (LACP), which assesses the communications activities of international enterprises.
• Ahead of many global white goods brands, Beko's ZA630 tabletop and CF392 chest freezers were selected the “most recommended” products by Which, the famous U.K. consumer’s magazine, for their high performance in cost, freezing capacity, isolation, user-friendliness, load flexibility, and reliability.
• Arçelik Call Center won two awards in “The Best Call Center” and “The Best Call Center Environment” categories at the Istanbul Call Center Awards 2008 ceremony, which brings together members of the Call Center sector.
• Arçelik A.Ş. won the “Turquality Design Award” for its Divide and Cool Cooling System and the “Superior Design Award” for its Side-by-Side Refrigerator and Kangaroo Vacuum Cleaner at the Design Turkey Industrial Design Awards.
• Beko LLC, an Arçelik A.Ş. company in Russia, was awarded first place in the category, “The Fastest Developing and the Most Dynamic Company” at the Company of the Year competition organized every year in Russia by RosBusinessConsulting (RBC). Beko LLC is the first Turkish company to receive the “Company of the Year” award in Russia.

• Surpassing many leading European brands, Beko's DFN 2520S dishwasher was chosen the most recommended product by Test Achats/Test-Aankoop (Belgium Consumers Association) magazine.
• Elektra Bregenz's SBS 4000 Side-by-Side Refrigerator has been awarded by 2007 Plus X, one of the most respected competitions over Europe, in the category of "Ecology". Elektra Bregenz's products have been granted various awards in 2006 and 2005 Plus X Competitions.

• BEKO DFN 6831 S dishwasher has ranked second among the world's 11 leading international dishwasher brands and the result was announced in November issue of renowned French Consumer Magazine “Que Choisir”, which carried out the survey.
